- Co-Founder, President/CEO
Allan Cohen graduated from Jacksonville University with a B.S. in Accounting and went on to work as a Certified Public Accountant, adding an advanced certificate in Federal Gift and Estate Taxation. In 1983, he sold his CPA practice and became a Certified Financial Planner™ in order to pursue his dream of assisting people with their finances.
- Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) & Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Jacqueline Bos joined B&C Financial Advisors when it was founded in 1995. As the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operations Officer of the firm, Jacque is responsible for the daily operations, along with implementing the firm’s vision while complying with all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Executive Vice President
Thomas Ellis has been with B&C Financial Advisors since 2009 and has spent over 18 years in the financial industry. He previously served as vice president at Bank of America in the Global Wealth Investment Management division. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Florida and is an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠ (AWMA®).

Adam Oerther is a Certified Financial Planner™ with a B.S. degree in Finance and a minor degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida. He has been part of B&C Financial Advisors since 2012 and sees understanding the financial goals of the client as a must.
- Investment Manager
Adam Howard is a Certified Financial Planner™ and has been a part of B&C Financial Advisors since 2016. He began his career in the financial industry in 2012 where he worked for a large financial services firm. Before B&C, Adam worked at Fidelity Investments on their trade desk and as a financial advisor at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
- Investment Manager
Jessica Schmidt joined the B&C Financial Advisors team after completing a finance internship with the firm. She is a recent graduate of Flagler College with a B.S. in Business and minors in Finance and Economics. Jessica is eager to begin her career at B&C and is working towards becoming a Certified Financial Planner™.
- Administrative Support
Caitlin Howard provides administrative support to B&C’s advisors and staff. She is committed to providing excellent customer service and looks forward to getting to know each client. Caitlin graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in Communications Management and a minor in Marketing.
- Client Relationship Manager
Robin Phillips recently joined B&C Financial Advisors team as their Client Relationship Manager. Prior to working at B&C she worked for a Florida based Homeowners Insurance Company for over 11 years where she held her 5-20 Company Adjuster license as well as a 4-40 Customer Representative license.
